- Provide the Service: Deliver learning experiences, track progress, generate reports, and enable platform features

With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers, email service providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
With Your Organization: If you are a learner using LMSMore through your employer or organization, your learning data is accessible to designated administrators within that organization.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

LMSMore is designed as a multi-tenant platform, meaning multiple organizations may use our Service. We implement strict data isolation measures to ensure that:
- Each organization's data is logically separated from other organizations
- Users can only access data within their authorized tenant
- Administrative actions are scoped to the specific tenant
- Cross-tenant data access is prevented through technical controls
