Question 1

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged, because there's no card on file. Your workspace simply pauses until you pick a paid plan. When you upgrade, everything is exactly where you left it: courses, learners, progress, and settings.

Question 2

What is included in the free trial?

Accepted Answer

The 14-day free trial includes core authoring (native plus Contentful and Sanity), the course builder and quizzes, for up to 5 learners and 3 courses, with no credit card required. Curated learning paths and their certificates come with a Contentful or Sanity space. It also includes the AI features, with small monthly allowances; branding and reporting are on Growth and up.

Question 3

When do the AI features become available?

Accepted Answer

The full AI suite (the in-lesson AI tutor, conversational AI Mode, AI course recommendations, the AI learning-path generator, AI quiz explanations, and the AI co-writer) is in the free trial with small monthly allowances, and in Growth and up with larger monthly allowances. Starter does not include AI features.

Question 4

Can I change plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade any time from your admin console; changes take effect immediately. To change or cancel a paid plan, use the billing portal or email us.

Question 5

How do the CMS integrations work?

Accepted Answer

You connect your Contentful or Sanity space from the admin console, and LMSMore reads your courses from it on every page view, so nothing is copied. Or author natively in LMSMore. Each workspace uses one content source: native, Contentful, or Sanity. A workspace can change source later, but courses do not move between sources, so start with the one your content already lives in. Search covers natively authored courses; CMS-sourced courses are browsed from the catalog.

Question 6

What happens to my content if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

If your courses live in Contentful or Sanity, they stay in your CMS. Canceling LMSMore doesn't touch them: you lose the viewer and keep the courses. Natively authored courses live in LMSMore.

Question 7

What happens if I exceed my learner limit?

Accepted Answer

You'll see a clear message when you reach your learner limit. Moving to the next plan raises it; nothing is deleted, and your existing learners keep their access.

Question 8

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No setup fees for Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise customers may have implementation fees depending on customization requirements.

Question 9

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer special pricing for qualified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team for details.

Question 10

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

You own your data and can request a full export at any time, and Enterprise customers get hands-on migration assistance. Self-serve CSV export is on our roadmap.
