You'll need an active Contentful account with at least one space.

Follow these three simple steps to connect your Contentful space and start creating courses
Connect Your Space
Link your Contentful space to LMSMore using your API credentials.
What to do:
- Log into your LMSMore admin dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Contentful
- Enter your Contentful Space ID and Delivery API token
- Click 'Test Connection' to verify everything works
- Save your configuration
You can find your Space ID and API tokens in Contentful under Settings → API keys.
Install Content Types
Add LMSMore's learning content structure to your Contentful space.
What to do:
- Enter your Content Management API token (used once, never stored)
- Review the content types that will be created
- Click 'Install Content Types' to add them to your space
- Watch as courses, modules, lessons, and assessments are configured
Content types include courses, modules, lessons, assessments, and learning paths - everything you need for comprehensive training programs.
Import Sample Content
Optionally load sample courses to see how everything works together.
What to do:
- Choose to import sample content (recommended for first-time setup)
- Sample courses include Compliance Essentials and Product Knowledge 101
- Content is automatically published and ready to view
- Use samples as templates for your own courses
Sample content helps you understand the structure and can be deleted anytime. It's a great way to learn before creating your own courses.

Once connected, your Contentful content syncs automatically with LMSMore. Start creating courses, assigning learners, and tracking progress immediately.

Will this affect my existing Contentful content?
Not at all. LMSMore adds new content types to your space but never modifies or deletes your existing content. Your current setup remains exactly as it is.
Can I use my existing Contentful content for courses?
Yes! LMSMore can map your existing content types to learning modules. Our team can help you set up custom mappings during onboarding.
What happens if I update content in Contentful?
Changes sync automatically via webhooks. When you publish updates in Contentful, they appear in your LMS within seconds.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Delivery API tokens are encrypted at rest, and Content Management tokens are used once during setup and never stored. Each organization has completely isolated credentials.
Can multiple team members manage content?
Yes! Use Contentful's built-in roles and permissions. Your content team can work in Contentful while training admins manage the learning experience in LMSMore.
